This Privacy Policy applies to NoxMail, a temporary inbox service available at https://noxmail.app. NoxMail is designed to create disposable email addresses, receive temporary messages, and remove them after a short retention window.
NoxMail is built to reduce exposure of your real mailbox. Generated inboxes are random, temporary, and do not require public user registration. We do not sell personal information.
Temporary inboxes and received messages are stored only so the service can show messages back to the holder of the inbox UUID. Messages are automatically deleted by the retention cleanup process, currently configured for a short-lived inbox lifecycle.
The web app may use browser storage to remember your current temporary inbox on the same device. Public inbox use does not require an account. If you clear your browser storage, you may lose access to a previously generated inbox UUID.
Standard server logs may temporarily include request metadata such as timestamps, routes, user agent, and source IP address for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and operational reliability. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles.
NoxMail may use trusted infrastructure services for hosting, email import, monitoring, or delivery. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service. The inbound email importer is authenticated and documented in the API documentation.
We do not sell, trade, or rent temporary inbox content. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate abuse.
By using NoxMail, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. Updates will be posted on this page.
